Hi Andrew. Open an elevated command prompt and execute the following: ASSOC
.cur=curfile That will fix your problem!

how do i restore a cfg file opening with notepad to default? (im using
window 8)

I only want to remove the file association, (its for a .cur file, I want to
restore it to default)

Please help me out i was downloading schematics for minecraft and their
default format is .schematic but i accidently opened it with winrar. now
everytime i tried to load a schematic in minecraft it doesn’t let me please
help
